Shayne Moy a long time employee (31 years the second time employed and another 8 years prior) has seen our sheetmetal shop manufacture just about anything metal you can think of.

Shayne was a very competent tradesman with an artistic flair and created metal masterpieces and some good poetry over the years. Shayne progressed from tradesman to foreman to estimator and acquired a huge amount of knowledge.

Three years ago Shayne relocated to Rainbow Flat near Taree and worked remotely four days a week from home, speaking to and pricing jobs for customers, creating job travelers and ordering materials.

Customers thought he was still at his desk in Girraween until they wanted to drop by and speak to him.

Technology is amazing, when Shayne started there was no such thing as a mobile phone. How times have changed and we have adapted.

Shayne loved his Holden ute and we know he will have his fishing gear in the back, and I’m sure he will have a sign over his desk at home saying “Gone fishing”.

C-Mac’s new contact is Gerry O’Connell whom has years of experience in our industry. Should you be searching for any “Innovative Metal Solutions” please consider speaking to Gerry.
