Below is a letter from Ron Andersen from Andersen Engineeing:

"Greetings from Ron Andersen".

I am writing this letter to inform you and your staff of the sale of my business, that is the manufacturing of
the “Comet Potting Machine” and the supply of spare parts to C-Mac Industries (Aust.) Pty Ltd in NSW trading as C-Mac Nursery Equipment. Effective date of sale: 1/3/2015

C-Mac are undertaking the manufacture of new machines and will keep up the supply of spare parts such as chains, sprockets, bottom rollers and other associated items that will be needed.

The reason for the sale of the business is that I am nearing 80 Years of age and as I was approached by C-Mac Industries, I considered that they would be an ideal company to continue the business in an acceptable manner.
